Fabulous location, close to multiple tube stations and walking distance to many of the sights in central London, but on a quieter street.

Basement apartment, had to run the de-humidifier around the clock to keep it from getting too musty.

As well as being centrally located, close to clubs, theatres, museums, where everything is within walking distance, the flat is also extremely clean and comfortable. One unexpected thing: we were able to use the kitchen without buying any extra products. Everything was provided, from the dishwasher product to the kitchen paper. Communication is very easy and fast. The host is very kind and did everything to meet our needs. Without having agreed in advance we were able to check out later than planned at no extra cost. Thank you for this, we really appreciated it!

Great location. Exceptional value for money compared to other apartments in area. Good size, well laid out and well equipped. On the whole very clean.

A lot of construction work - heard drilling and hammering 3 days we were there - Friday + weekend at 7:45am and carried on until 10pm. The shower was incredibly hot so we couldn’t use it on the children as it would have scalded them. The bed for the kids was a day bed + trundle which kept coming apart therefore slightly uncomfortable night sleep with risk of one kid falling out. Slight smell of cigarette smoke possibly from previous owners/users.

The location was amazing. The property managers were so accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags early. Communication was really good with quick responses at all times. It was a bit hit with the weather but fans were provided which helped us sleep. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, except that we did not get the key through the key-box as agreed. Had to call our host, and was first told that we would have to wait 30 min for someone to drive to the apartment to let us in. Standing on the street, tired after a long journey, and a time booked at London Eye, the stress-level was high and I was very unhappy. Glad that the problem was resolved after 5 minutes, but missing to place the key in the key-box is really not OK.

well equipped, great location. for a family we had all we needed for a long visit in London. traveling with 2 kids and having them in one room, while we were on the other room was great. the washing machine saved us trouble. WiFi, TV, offer machine and even some coke on the fridge.

it is a matter of taste. but the beds were not my cup of tea.

location is the best - right in the middle of Fitzrovia - close to tons of shops and restaurants. kitchen and laundry made it very convenient.

really uncomfortable bed; super thin mattress on boards and rock hard pillows. I think this would be an easy fix for the owners - maybe just get a box spring and a mattress topper. we stayed on the ground floor so you could hear every footstep from the busy upstairs apartment - also easy fix with earplugs.

Perfect central location. Had the weather not been so cold it would have been great to use the outdoor courtyard just outside the main bedroom. Ama was very helpful and efficient, as was the staff member we met.

The property was clean and tidy and fully equipped. Water, tea, coffee machine and even diary free milk for the coffee in the fridge was what I needed when we got there. Ama was brilliant with communication and accommodated our additional request without any problem.

Very close to the center, 2 minutes away from a very long shopping street, underground and bus stations near by, walking distance from Madame Tussauds and so on. It has everything you need in the kitchen, nice appliances, complimentary milk for coffee (lots of it), tee bags, water bottles still and sparkly, soda cans - we don't need any of those, except for the water, but surely many people do. Also, plenty of paper kitchen towels, which we use extensively. It has a home vibe, because there are plenty of books and toys 🙂, it's very nice. Squeaky clean towels, white and perfect (don't take it for granted, if it's not a hotel you can have nasty surprises, as we just had in Bermuda - by the way, never book Beach Walk Studio there), nice shower gel (and shampoo & conditioner, of course) - also not to be taken for granted. Washing mashine with dryer, detergent capsules included. The people in charge are very helpful and nice, they give you all the informations you need about the apartment, parking options in the area etc.

Very comfortable, clean and cosy apartment. It was perfect for a short stay. Loved the convenience to transport, shops, restaurants and in a quiet pleasant area. I would note in particular that the bedding was very good quality and we appreciated the bottles of water and soft drinks!
