The apartment, located on the 2nd floor (shared entrance hall with the owners and another gîte on the 1st floor), comprises: a lovely living room with high ceilings, including a lounge area with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a dining area, and a small open-plan kitchen; a bedroom (separated from the living room by a semi-open partition and a glass roof) with a 140x190 cm double bed; a small bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed; and a bathroom with toilet.

You will also have access to a garden shared with the owners and the other gîte, "La Résidence du Canal," equipped with a griddle and garden table for enjoying time outdoors.

All-inclusive rate: bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
