This was really great place to spend the largest chunk of our trip. Cute little house, with its own hot tub that was super clean, a great sized yard with room for our dog to run around, lots of deer and elk sightings, and FANTASTIC beds and bedding! Cannot stress enough how great the beds were. It makes a big difference when staying outside of your home and I felt like it was some of the best sleep I’ve ever had… seriously. There were lots of cookware items, more than needed, and thoughtful extras everywhere. Whispering pines and Tana were easy to reach if needed. The home is a bit dated but charming and we really enjoyed it. Quiet little neighborhood very close to the lake which was great for walking our dog daily and close enough to town and RMNP, about 10-15 minutes.

Very, very clean. Super comfortable beds. The whole family loved the hot tub and watching the elk. Only issue we had was not being able to turn on the fire pit. The instructions didn't match the pit; perhaps it was replaced since the writing. Emailed the contact info on the first night but didn't receive a reply.

Great property. Close to town, yet somehow remote enough to have elk grazing in the yard while enjoying the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we return.

Great location and super easy to access! Hot tub was larger than expected which was great. Saw elk, deer, and lots of birds. Highly recommend
