Welcome to Casa Ventana, a light-filled desert retreat in the gated Puerta Azul community of La Quinta. This 2-bedroom + den, 2-bath villa blends comfort, style, and resort amenities, creating the perfect setting for your getaway. Enjoy bright interiors with a private patio, and full access to Puerta Azul’s pools, spas, gym, tennis courts, and clubhouse.



*Work vehicles are not permitted to be parked inside the community.



The Space:

Step into a thoughtfully designed single-level villa where large windows and custom shutters fill the home with natural light. The open-concept living area features a comfortable lounge space with TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need.



The Primary Suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, while the den offers flexible space for work, relaxation, or extra guests. With in-unit washer and dryer, central A/C, and modern upgrades, Casa Ventana combines convenience and style.



Step outside to your private patio — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails — and enjoy the beautifully landscaped community grounds just beyond your door.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Whether you're relaxing on-site or heading out to explore, you're in one of the most desirable areas in La Quinta.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

We charge $50 fee for LOST key card or clubhouse key 

Pets are not allowed.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house.







The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the right side of the beginning of the driveway where there's a mini gate. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.



Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
