This has been our cherished family holiday home for many years, and we're passionate about keeping it just that — a warm, welcoming space where guests can truly unwind and enjoy some much-deserved time away.
High Bickington is a quiet yet beautiful village conveniently located between Exmoor and Dartmoor National parks within easy access to numerous hiking routes as well as the Coast. The village boost a friendly village shop with a café in-situ, as well as a pub.
South Molton is a local town with a traditional market as well as plenty of independent shops & restaurants. And Barnstaple has all the amenities that you could want for your stay with us.
We pride ourselves on putting the guest experience above everything else, going the extra mile to make sure your stay is relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. From thoughtful touches inside the home to being just a message away if you need anything, we’re here to help you feel at home.
As a family-run venture, we also believe in supporting our local community — which is why we work with independent local cleaners to help keep the home sparkling and ensure the local economy benefits from every stay.
This isn’t just a holiday let to us — it’s a place full of love, laughter, and special memories, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
