The host responsive, thorough and provided help with things like explaining the best way to deal with the cold and the heating system, contacting a local restaurant when we had some difficulty and answering any questions we had relating to the house. Our family of eight has had many Pocono rentals, but none that ticked every box for our demanding crew. The house was beautiful, the location just what we were looking for on the water. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is huge with ample storage and just about every possible implement or device-even a choice of coffee makers!Our two grandsons (10 and 12) absolutely loved the huge table for dining, which also worked really well for a very large puzzle and space for games. The house is great for children. Their favorite things were the ping-pong table and playing pool with adult supervision. The house has a cozy, woodsy vibe. Bedrooms offered comfort, plenty of storage, good lighting, warm bedding, and enough space to spread out and relax. We loved all the extra gathering spaces with two fireplaces and plenty of seating. Other things we noted that were improvements on homes we’ve stayed in: the black washcloths for makeup removal (we usually bring our own); the amount of seating and table space out on the deck in proximity to the kitchen and lots of little touches like a thoughtfully provided sled on the porch.Can’t wait to go back this summer! We’ve already booked because this was such a successful weekend.

Our Family, a total of 16, gathered together to enjoy a week with one another at the Lake. We had a wonderful time playing in the water, touring a bit in the area, and cooking for one another. It was a perfect vacation. The owner and property manager were there to address one small problem we had, but they fixed it as quickly as it could be. We were thankful for that and I recommend this host to anyone looking for that relaxing enjoyable reunionl.

The location on this scenic small lake was marvelous! The water was clean and fun to be in or around. The little beach area and fire pit were much appreciated. Lots of working kayak-style boats provided free, plus a small electric-motor pontoon boat can be rented for relaxing trips around the lake. The inside of the house is beautiful, clean, and quite functional. Kitchen is large, well-equipped, and easy to work in. The game rooms were a hit for many of us. Oddly enough, everything looked more spacious in person than in the photos! The current owner was very responsive to my messages, and helpful. We all had a great time!!
