The rental company was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The Condo was very accommodating and clean. Nice Condo and nice area with beautiful landscaping. Water pressure in the showers was very weak. My only complaint. There was strong, sewer, odors and we were not quite sure where it was coming from and really not sure if it’s that one Condo or the whole building. It was not an all day thing. It was just a reoccurring odor, hard to explain. Property manager was notified.

The space was perfect for our group (3 adults, 2 kids). Layout great for fun and relaxing. The pool was fantastic. Located in a beautiful setting and quiet area of the island.

Beautiful views! This condo was even better than we expected! Very clean and had everything we could possibly need! Great location to the pool, beach accessories were also provided should you wish to have a day on the beach! The overall feeling of being on vacation in a coastal decorated home made for a great stay! Would absolutley recommend this property to those that want to visit Amelia Island! Staying on the Omni property had it's perks as well. Gated property, restaurants were fantastic, mini-golf and walking trails throughout, and tram service available!
