On the ground floor, the spacious and practical living and dining area is furnished with characteristic wooden furniture and features a Scandinavian wood stove, used purely for decorative purposes, alongside a dining table and a television. Direct access from this level leads out to the garden. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
