The management property was very communicative. The property is good, but I wouldn't say excellent. We could not park our truck, which is not at all oversized or raised, in the rather odd garage out back. As the photo shows, the patio out front is close to the neighbors, who were friendly, but there is no outside privacy. The kitchen had lots of dishes, but absolutely no spices, oils, saran wrap, etc. The bathrooms were nice, great ocean breezes. Quiet street.

The house has a great view with close proximity to the bay. We brought our paddle boards and were able to walk down to the water and take off. Would definitely rent again !!

The house and location was great, but if you sit outside in the evening, the neighbor will call the cops for no reason. No music, just talking and only 3 of us adults around 8pm after the kids went to sleep. He told us that we need to go inside. When the cops showed up earlier around 6pm, there was a party at the VRBO next door of 25 school teachers with music and hanging out and the cops came to our unit, where there was only 6 of us sitting outside enjoying the view. Apparently he is known for calling the cops on this unit, and not the other because he may own it and rent it out. The cops showed up and saw the party next door and were almost embarrassed that we got called on and told us to enjoy and they would not be back to bother us.
