Great location!! This villa is amazing pool and bath tub sold this stay for me and it did not disappoint!!

Nothing!!

Le confort et localisation

Rien

This property was exceptional!! Fantastic location, a lot of amazing facilities, fully equipped kitchen bathroom etc, couldn’t have asked for more. Thoroughly enjoyed by the whole of our stay. Jonathan was a great help to us, any message we sent was responded to quickly

Only issue we had was initially finding the property, however it was a short lived issue. I would advise getting any transport to the Taj Mahal restaurant, which is the closest location to the villa

The pool was great, the house was huge and good price. The location is near to puento banus and other attractive places. There’s everything you need at the property.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the staff. They were extremely strict and, at times, rude and unprofessional. The most concerning issue was that they entered the property without ringing the bell or calling us first, which made us feel very uncomfortable. The day before checkout, we asked if it would be possible to have an additional two hours, but we received no response. Had they simply told us that a late checkout was not possible, we would have planned accordingly and made sure we were ready to leave on time. Instead, the staff entered the property and spoke to us in a rude and confrontational manner. One of them even said that he “didn’t want to fight with us” and later told us that if we did not check out within 10 minutes, it would become “a big problem.” We found this completely inappropriate and unnecessary. What made the experience even more concerning was that we found what appeared to be weed at the property. We came here for our honeymoon expecting a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so it was very disappointing to end our experience this way. Clear communication would have easily avoided the entire situation. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left us with a very negative impression of both the property management and the overall experience.
