It is a very clean house with respectful neighbours. It is not too far from the city centre. It takes me about 40minutes walk to the city's convention center or around $10 taxi ride. Not bad. The staff were very responsive via text message even though they don't live there.
Nothing really. Though I don't know if its the timing, but I feel its a little expensive for a house with shared toilet/bathroom. But I will still take it if I needed to as it is very clean.
