For me traveling solo for work the apartment was perfect. It is located very near all necessary amenities, metro and a grocery store. Plenty of food options in the area.

I liked the flat and its location as expected in Boulogne-Billancourt but this is not Paris 16eme as the name suggests.
I did not like the processing time of my documents in order to get the access instructions.
I waited in the street several minutes and ended calling the number in order to fasten this process.
