Nice stay, plenty of space for a family of 6, very close to the main attractions of the city.

Great apartment, distribution allowed for privacy between guests, great location, the communication was easy and direct and they were really accommodating with some additional requests we had. Couldn't recommend more and will definitely be back

The location is perfect.
Staffs who communicated with us via Booking.com chat were kind and provided timely solutions.
The facilities did not meet my expectations.
On both the first and last day, I heard a knocking sound from the back wall, which was very annoying.
On the first day at check-in, there was no body soap or hand soap, and the kettle in the kitchen was broken.
Although the staff promptly provided everything, which I appreciate, I believe it is the hotel’s responsibility to check the facilities and ensure quality before guests check in.
Honestly, I was quite annoyed that I had to spend time dealing with these issues during my vacation.
