The place is great, the apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean, the location is super convenient, close to center and many tram stops, next to a lovely park, with restaurants and grocery stores around.
The customer support is poor. They would answer the messages here in a day or two. The number they provide here would never answer. We got stuck in the courtyard parking lot, because the remote for the gate wouldn’t work, couldn’t get anyone to answer the provided number. Our Polish friend was able to contact them on Whatsup with this number , and this seems to be the only reasonable solution. Anyway, we were late for our appointment and had to park for fee outside the courtyard further

Problematyczne parkowanie, a parking obok płatny 10zł/godz.
