Location was wonderful The staff was very friendly,warm and willing Always smiling and very obliging Was initially sceptical about the veg food but once at the location we couldn’t be bothered..the veg food was excellent..nothing to complain about

The property is located in an awesome place in the midst of a forest. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. We ordered bournvita for our kid with tea only once and next time they ensured it was added automatically when we were served high tea. They had egg curry on the menu and since we were vegetarian they served dum aloo without our asking as an extra dish for us. This kind of hospitality is simply mind-blowing. The surrounding forest is just amazing and property has ample space to relax in a quiet corner, on a hammock or a swing. There is a badminton and tennis court too. The sunset in the evenings are simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.

Khali's lush green estate is filled with birds and beauty. The food is local and delicious. The staff, very helpful and caring. We certainly recommend it as a getaway in the foothills of the Himalayas.

The breakfast was a wonderful spread everyday and served with warmth and care .

If only the walk to the dining area was touch shorter.

Calm quiet surroundings. Cool, crisp fresh air. Everything was clean. Friendly staff. There was another big group staying at the property but staff was still smiling and helpful especially Ghanshyam Pandeji, Harish, Gopal, pooran. Food is simple but very tasty. Nicely maintained garden with local flowers, shrubs and vines.

Room decor can be improved keeping the old style. They need to find a way to put hangers for clothes. Private sit out would have added a lot more enjoyment especially when there is a big group staying.

The food was very Hygienic and Fresh and since it was a off season we ordered the food of our choice and they made it accordingly. The management allowed us to Eat,Sit,And Play where ever we wanted. March2022.

Surprisingly there were no Glasses if you want to drink Any Alcoholic drinks and secondly they don’t keep or sell soda or any aerated drinks. Staff was courteous but not enough to serve if more rooms were booked. But We did not face any problem.

The best part of this property is the location. Located inside the Binsar WLS, it's a really nice place. Couple of nice treks, one to a village. Excellent place for nature lovers. And decent for bird watchers.

Rooms are a bit old, particularly the bathrooms could do with some renovation. But for the remote location that this property is located in, it's decently maintained.
