Everything was ready to walk in and enjoy the property and city with the whole family and dog!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had 9 people total including 2 children and there was plenty of room for us without even having to use the basement bedroom. The home was clean and as advertised. We loved having access to the garage to store fishing and hunting gear near our vehicles. Also, the proximity to town made it very easy to walk to go shopping or eat at the restaurants. We especially loved the dog friendly back yard and spent a lot of time on the patio and had several fire pit evenings. We didn't need anything from the host but when we had a question, Emily was very quick to respond.

Amenities were all as advertised. We enjoyed the fenced yard for our pup. Lots of room. The only thing missing was a can opener, had to borrow one from a relative. Will definitely stay here again

We cannot say enough about our stay in Manistee at your wonderful house. Although deceiving from the outside, it looks small but has a ton of room inside. With five bedrooms and eight beds there was plenty of room to roam and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The house was spotless and warm. Our hosts, Emily and Alec were very helpful & only a phone call away & also live in Manistee. They were great with their suggestions of things to do where to eat & places to shop. The downtown area was only a short walk away, and the stores and restaurants were great. There is also a movie theater in town and the Manistee historic theater where we enjoyed going to the Nutcracker one night and meeting the entire cast afterwards. We also enjoyed a five star meal at the Golden Stag which had exceptional food and service. We loved that lake Michigan was only a mile away and enjoyed watching the sunset one evening.Thank you, Emily and Alec for a very fun and memorable time. We will definitely be back.
