Nestled in Feytiat, just a few minutes from Limoges, Villa Les Chabannes welcomes you in a green and peaceful setting.

The house offers 250 m² of living space, designed to combine comfort and conviviality. From the moment you enter, you’ll find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.

The villa features 6 bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Three of them have their own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The bedding is varied and high quality:

There are two independent offices (one on the ground floor and one on the first-floor mezzanine), and all three bedrooms feature workspace areas, allowing for a perfect blend of relaxation and remote work.

Outdoors, enjoy a private secured swimming pool (9m x 4m, open May to September), a barbecue, a furnished terrace, and a large secluded garden. A small, unsecured pond adds a bucolic touch to the property.

## Neighborhood

Located in Feytiat, the villa enjoys a quiet, green environment while being close to Limoges (just 8 minutes by car). Nearby you’ll find shops, restaurants, and local markets. The region offers plenty of activities: forest walks, visits to Limoges’ historic center, golf, horse riding, and exploring the charming villages of the Limousin.

## Transit

A car is the most convenient way to fully enjoy your stay. Parking is available on-site, and Limoges is easily accessible. The train station and Limoges-Bellegarde Airport are about 20 minutes away.

Its occupant has completely independent access and does not have access to the swimming pool, the private grounds, or any of the villa's outdoor living areas. All amenities and spaces described in this listing are exclusively reserved for guests, ensuring your privacy and peace throughout your stay.
