Check-in/Check-out:

• Must be at least 25yrs old to book.

• Guests are welcome to check in at 4:00 PM CST.

• Kindly check out by 10:00 AM CST.



House Rules:

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Parties are not allowed.

• Dogs are allowed maximum of 2 with $100 fee per pet.



Quiet Enjoyment:

• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Security Measures:

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with. We also have noise monitors inside the home.



Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through the third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
