The Space:

Located in the pulsating heart of the historic centre, this apartment combines the charm of ancient Ligurian alleyways with modern comfort. Inside the top floor of a period building, the accommodation offers an authentic experience for those wishing to immerse themselves in the true life of Rapallo, among picturesque lanes, shops and timeless atmospheres.

The internal environments are spacious and elegant: two bright and welcoming double bedrooms, furnished with taste to ensure peaceful sleep and pleasant awakenings, also thanks to the air conditioning provided; a cosy living room, ideal for relaxing while watching Tv; a habitable kitchen, functional and fully equipped, perfect for slow breakfasts or convivial dinners. The house also has two bathrooms: one complete, tidy and practical, and a second smaller one with only a toilet, useful as an additional service. The balconies, directly overlooking the main caruggio, offer characteristic glimpses of the centre and a small but precious view towards the seafront promenade.

The extremely central location allows you to experience Rapallo on foot and at a leisurely pace: the seafront with its cafés, the marina, the beaches and the railway station are all just a few minutes away. From the narrow alleys, you can discover historic shops, typical restaurants and unique views, or set off on excursions to Portofino, Camogli and the Cinque Terre. An ideal starting point for those seeking an authentic stay, between sea, culture and local flavours.
