The outdoor kitchen and BBQ make it easy to keep everyone together while dinner cooks. As evening arrives, settle into the fire pit lounge and watch your favorites on the 65-inch outdoor TV. Pool toys and a large cooler are provided for relaxed afternoons outdoors, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a swim.



The backyard is fenced, with lush vegetation along the perimeter for added privacy. Pool heating is available for an additional fee with advance notice.

Pool views and an open layout make the living room a comfortable gathering spot between Miami adventures. Settle into the large sectional, stream a movie on the 75-inch smart TV, or catch up with your group after a day out.

Six bedroom beds, including two kings, two queens, and two fulls, give your group flexible sleeping arrangements. Every bedroom features a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a 55-inch smart TV.

Two ensuite bathrooms and a shared bathroom off the main living area make getting ready easier. One ensuite includes dual sinks, a shower, and a bidet. The shared bathroom features a spacious vanity and large walk-in shower.



Plush towels and a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided.

Prepare breakfast before heading out or bring everyone together for dinner at home. The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for your stay.



The indoor dining table seats eight, while the outdoor kitchen offers another inviting place to prepare meals together.

Good to Know

• Complimentary driveway parking for up to four vehicles.

• Pool heating: $300 per stay, requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

• Pets: Welcome with advance notice and a $250 fee per stay.

• Pool care: Skimmed before arrival and professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

• Landscaping: Routine maintenance takes place on Thursdays.

• Outdoor areas must be quiet after 10 p.m.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. House-rule violations may incur fines of up to $750.



Special-occasion getaways are welcome for registered guests within the approved occupancy limit. Parties or events involving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Villa Solara is in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood in North Miami. Bal Harbour, Haulover Beach, and Aventura Mall are a short drive away, and the Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami are within easy reach for dining and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Without a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around.
