This is the perfect house at the lake with a group of friends. We had a blast. The host was super responsive, and we would definitely stay again. I can not say enough good things.

We spent a week at this beautiful house with family and friends. There was enough room for everyone and we all enjoyed our stay. The location to the community pool was an extra perk (right across the street!) and super convenient to our boat that is at Twin Creeks Marina. Would definitely stay here again for a “staycation” spot.

We had a fabulous weekend at John's home in Twin Creeks. The house is SO nice and very well appointed, with all the cooking supplies that folks will need and a nice grill. The downstairs is very spacious and has super comfy couches and a nice dining table in addition to the kitchen. There is also a downstairs patio with the grill, a hot tub and games. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is super nice, has a big nice bathroom and a patio off the bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms share another big bathroom that has a separate toilet closet and a double vanity. 6 adults shared that bathroom without issue. There a nice pool next door and it is easy to walk across the street to the little bodega for supplies, or to the marina to rent a boat or eat at Drafts and Watercrafts. John was super easy to communicate with and left some very lovely and kind touches including a bottle of wine and local coffee for the espresso maker, which we loved. It made the best coffee! Would highly recommend this property for families or groups of adults wanting to spend a great weekend on Tim's Ford! It's also pet friendly which was a huge bonus for us.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood. John was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. Will definitely seek to stay here next time we are in town.
