The 47 m² apartment is designed for 4 people. In the living room with a kitchenette you will find a sofa bed and everything you need to prepare meals. The separate bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a comfortable work desk. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, as well as a balcony with lounge furniture.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, which at the same time is well connected to the rest of the city.
