The property is planned well.

In the web site it was mentioned that the property is 0.8km from city centre, actually it is 10 km. Totally misleading. The key was not available at the reception and there was no electricity in the apartment . Waited for two hours to establish electric connection. Power was connected around 6.30 PM. The only cupboard available was locked and key was with the owner. The key was brought next day and the cupboard was packed with materials and no space! The water heater was not working and the outside temperature was about 16 to 18 degrees due to rains. I had no option but to take ice cold shower and ended up catching a serious cold. All my messages to get the shower fixed fell in deaf ears and no body bothered. The caretaker was trying to contact the property manager and owner of the apartment but they never bothered. Such properties will have an adverse impact on the reputation of Booking.com
