Ease of access, cleanliness and comfort

Location

Nothing

Un departamento muy bien equipado para 4 personas. El centro a pocas cuadras a pie

Nada

The location was good. It was one street across from the river to the old town of Inverness. Parking is available.

The check-in process was ridiculously tedious, especially when you are traveling. It required an external "unknown" website to enter credit card information for a deposit and taking pictures of our passports. We have already paid for the 4 nights stay thru Booking.com, otherwise, I would have canceled the stay because of the information required. It takes 3 keys to enter the unit. The queen bed was extremely soft and sank into the middle. The hot water pressure is very low. 3 flights of stairs. There is a bike parked on the second floor, impeding the path. Would not stay there again despite the location.
