Modern hotel, great facilities Great view from balcony

Breakfast was expensive, but great.

I could not fault anything ,everything was beyond my expectations.

Nice location next to River Thames and the Thames path. Good facilities in the room and health club. View over the river was nice although we did pay for a room upgrade for the river view and a coffee machine.

Found communication with a number of staff frustrating not entirely sure if it was a language or attitude problem. The quality of the food served at breakfast was disappointing, not a patch on the quality served at other hotels chains. Wouldn't pay for another breakfast at a village hotel if I do stay again.

Location, facilities

Breakfast lack of choice for fruit, pastries and cereal very small. Plus only scrambled eggs on cooked breakfast. Pure orange juice was either watered down or was squash. hotel room had issues drinking water tap not working so no water in room as promised . No decaf coffee in room. Only fancy coffee machine that did expresso coffee that we do not like so useless. One biscuit in room for two of us so not helpful plus orange which neither of us liked. Only normal tea bags to no herbal ones in room.
