Tutto come da descrizione. Ottima posizione in area riservata con parcheggio sempre disponibile

Kitchen was really well equipped with plenty of tools, plates, pots... Everything you could need. The design with under roof wood is pleasent and looks nice. Fast internet connection; Brand new washing-drying machine in the bathroom and household tools very helpful for middle/long stay. Outside there are plenty of residential parking for cars and free, no headache with carpark! Very very helpful and friendly owner, reactive for each question.

(joke mode on)The manual of the washing machine only in Italian language, hard to understand for me :-))) (joke mode off) Taking a shower is an adventure! Hotwater regulation is terrible: it's instant made with gas heather linked to waterflow; too sensible to flow variation -> or cold or too hot, very hard to adjust and find the right position. 2 times in the morning water flow was too weak to shower or wash (not enough, no hot water due to low flow)-> Probably not linked to appartment, seems that city water supply was faulty (without doing any corrective action 1 hour later it was ok).
