Yeon Stay

It’s very clean, spacious and centrally located from a quite and safe neighbourhood of Seoul. Accesible by both buses and subway stations. The owner made an extra mile. Very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this mini hotel for both short and long stays in Seoul.

Nothing. It’s perfect

Location: It’s about 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop and maybe 10 min walk to the nearest metro station. If you’re going to/from Incheon Airport it’s about 2 hrs, I took the metro 😀 There’s a convenience store a few walks away. It’s beside Suyu Traditional Market. It’s about 30 mins away by bus/metro to most attractions. It’s also very quietl location even though it’s a busy location. Facilities: AC is very cold. hot shower is working all the time. There’s free laundry service (you do it yourself, oh detergent and fabric conditioner included too). You can get free water anytime and change towels as often as you like. Room: It has a microwave, a mini ref and charging adapters provided. Skin care products are provider too, which I loved!! Service: Ji Ho sajangnim is very accommodating. He is very approachable and responsive through the booking app to whatsapp, he made sure everything is ok. He even helped with the weighing scale to make sure my bag is the right kilogram and even let me store my bag in the front desk.

I cannot complain about anything!

The owner is very kind, and made the stay enjoyable. The property is great for long stays, especially as a solo traveler - there is enough room to settle in, and they provide full-sized amenities, as well as access to do your laundry, and a mini-fridge and microwave in the room as well as a shared kitchen space downstairs. The rooms can be a bit small, and the hotel is old - but, the owner is in process of renovating, so I expect that things will be looking much nicer very soon, and I was very satisfied with everything, especially for the price and with all of the support that the owner gives.

Some of the rooms are a bit small, and the hotel is old (so there may be places where the paint is peeling or there is discoloration on the walls or ceilings, etc) - however, since I stayed some time, I talked with the owner and he mentioned that he acquired the property 2 months ago and is in process of renovating. I expect that many of these things will be addressed and improved once the owner has time to fully renovate the property and all of the rooms, so this may be better in the future!

I have stayed for 16days for my business trip. The accomodation's location is good, 5minutes away from train station, very closed to shops and restaurants around the accomodation. Takes 7 minutes to an Airport shuttle bus stop. The owner of the accomodation is very friendly, helpful, handy and supportive anytime I needed for help. The most convenience was a free transportation from Incheon airport straight to Yeon Stay run by Booking.com. Here are the steps to book for the free transportation from the Airport to Yeon Stay. 1. Book on the booking.com website. 2. Just follow the instructions whatever you need to give them about your flight informations. 3. Once you book the free rides, you should write a special notes. It says that the driver will only wait 45 minutes for you but it takes more than 45 minutes to get through the customs, pick up bags and getting sims things like that. 4. So I wrote them that please wait at least 1 hour and 30 minutes to be done all for the trips before I meet the driver in Seoul. If you don't write a special notes, you will miss the rides. 5. So they did and sent me messages where they are waiting, what the plate number would be and the driver's name soon after I arrived at the airport via WhatsApp. Good luck everyone!
