Very close to South Gate and peaceful. Staff were very helpful and their food was great. Room is very spacious and has some view.

Clean rooms daily change for towels. Bath was very nice and clean. Good views of the sandstone formations from the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very polite, extremely helpful and very professional. Went out of the way to assist us by providing rides and carrying our luggage.

Very friendly family run boutique hotel with superb home cooking. Lovely rooms with VERY modern facilities in a great location for access to the National Park and just. 25 minute Didi ride to downtown Zhangjiajie.
There was virtually nothing to complain about, but if I were really nit-picking I would have liked coffee in the room, a table to put a suitcase on, the shower took a couple of minutes to heat up. But these were very, very minor things.

The hotel overlooks old derelict buildings. The hosts and service is excellent if yoru happy with the location
The location is not as depicted in the photos. Its at the end of a road, a long way from any facilities. No walk areas nearby and dogs roam the streets.

"Es ist sehr schön gelegen nicht weit vom Nationalpark entfernt. Das Frühstück ist super umfangreich. Die Betreiber des Hotels leben auch dort und sind super freundlich und sind sehr hilfsbereit."
