Beds were really comfy. Easy to collect keys. Location was spot on, we were here for a wedding and church and town hall within 5 min walk. Car park across the road is free...vicar at church told us its not council property so although says 2 hpur max they can't enforce it.

Central location. The car park you are told to use is across a busy road. The local parking restrictions say no overnight parking but we were assured that this was not enforced, still felt nervous about it though.

Steep main staircase with narrow treads and also a couple of steep steps to go into both bathrooms from the bedrooms. Could be a trip hazard at night and awkward for anybody with limited mobility. One shower room VERY small. The outside space is shared with three other properties.

The cottage was perfect . Loved the decor, facilities, location. Nice touches like washing up liquid etc was really helpful, especially for a short stay. Super clean.
Neighbour was really nice.
Parking is available in the car park opposite but the car parking signs say you cant park there overnight. This isnt the case. You must not park on the outside spaces o/n apparently.
Cottage in just along from the Masonic hall. It can't be seen easily from the road because of a large bush/trees in the garden & shared pathway.
Sandbach is a lovely town. Lots of shops and friendly people.
Didnt like finding out that I had to leave a £350 deposit after I had confirmed my booking. Not appreciated at all! I received it back immediately 24hrs after leaving but I feel it should be stated as part of the ad for the property.
