This spacious semi-detached house offers approximately 150 m² of living space and serves as a comfortable temporary home for up to 6 people. The house spans two floors and features an inviting terrace as well as a well-maintained garden—your dog is also welcome here.
On the first floor is the bright living area with a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for the whole family. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace, which is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The separate, enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils—perfect for cooking together in the evenings.
Upstairs, you’ll find three separate bedrooms: two of them are furnished with comfortable double beds and a flat-screen TV each, while the third features a convenient pull-out bed. The modern bathroom upstairs offers both a bathtub and a shower, along with a toilet and sink. In addition, you’ll find an extra guest restroom on the first floor.

The outdoor area features private parking spaces right next to the house, a sunny terrace with a grill, and an adjoining garden that offers plenty of space to relax. Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available free of charge.

The vacation home is located in a quiet, rural setting in the village of Trips near Bergen on Rügen. The natural surroundings offer a chance to unwind away from the hustle and bustle, along with beautiful views of the countryside. The sandy beach and the sea are each about 6 kilometers away, shopping is about 6.5 kilometers away, and restaurants are about 4.5 kilometers away. A car is recommended for excursions and running errands.

On the east coast of Rügen, right on the wide bay of Prorer Wiek, lies one of the island’s most famous seaside resorts. Magnificent villas in the traditional seaside resort architectural style still bear witness today to the splendor of bygone eras, when the Baltic Sea was a popular retreat for summer visitors. The long, fine-sand beach invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea, while the promenade, with its cafés and boutiques, entices you to take leisurely strolls.
Just a few kilometers to the north lies Prora—a place steeped in history that today offers an exciting contrast to the classic seaside atmosphere with its modern architecture, galleries, and museums. Together, the two towns form a diverse blend of tradition, history, and contemporary coastal life.
The surrounding landscape also contributes to the region’s charm: dense beech forests, tranquil lakes, and rolling hills define the scenery. The nearby Granitz Hunting Lodge offers an impressive panoramic view of Rügen from its tower, and at Lake Schmachter, visitors can enjoy the tranquility of nature—ideal for walks and bike rides.
