Cozy villa with authentic charm, just 10 minutes from Bobbio, ideal in every season.
In autumn and winter you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, sipping a glass of wine or reading a book in total tranquility. During the summer, reach the nearby beaches of the Trebbia river for regenerating baths or relax in the hammock in the garden.
Perfect for families, couples or friends looking for relaxation, nature and comfort.

Discover the charm of the countryside by staying in a villa surrounded by nature, with a panoramic view of Pietra Parcellara and Bobbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
250 m2 structure offers large spaces, both external (patio, garden and panoramic terrace) and internal: comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, open space living room with bookcase, TV and board games, an ideal work area for smart working and a kitchen equipped for lunches and dinners with friends.
