You’ll have the ground floor to yourselves, with a separate entrance. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Miogot food processor…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- An outdoor CCTV camera is in place and is directed solely towards the front door and the garage for security purposes; it does not film the terrace or the swimming pool and is deactivated during stays.
- The on-site manager may occasionally visit to carry out maintenance on the grounds and the swimming pool, at suitable times to ensure your peace and quiet and a pleasant environment during your stay. She is also available to provide you with the plancha, ironing board and iron, or any other additional services offered on site.
