The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a comfortable setting for meals together, whether it’s a quick bite or a long evening of conversation. Alternatively, step out to the backyard where a covered patio with alfresco dining, a wall-mounted TV and a lounge invites relaxed mornings and easy evenings outdoors.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with soft linens, convenient storage, and a calm atmosphere for rest. The layout supports both privacy and ease, making it well-suited to a range of stays. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with the main bathroom featuring both a bath and a shower, while the ensuite offers a more compact, convenient space.

Additional features include a full laundry with a washer and dryer, ducted heating and cooling throughout, and secure undercover parking for one vehicle.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
