In picturesque Chayofa, 7–8 minutes’ drive from Los Cristianos, this 90 m² holiday home sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, induction hob and handcrafted steel extractor hood. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and a washing machine is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for a small extra fee.



Your private terrace has a wooden pergola, stunning 180-degree sea views, a table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and sink.

The lush private garden of around 300 m² has a small heated spa-style pool (26–27°C), exclusively for my guests, a spacious sunbathing area, a gazebo with more loungers and a large pepper tree providing shade.

An outdoor pool shared with other villas is also available, directly opposite my villa.



Street parking is available in front of the house. Public transport is a 5–8-minute walk away. A hire car is recommended so you need not rely on buses and taxis. Events, gatherings and parties are not allowed.



Just 7–8 minutes’ drive from Los Cristianos, the villa has new, comfortable mattresses and a smart TV with Ethernet connection in each bedroom. The bedrooms and living room have individually controlled air conditioning. The living area includes a wooden dining table, a large sofa and a 55-inch smart TV.

Beach towels, bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and toilet paper are provided. Two small restaurants serving traditional Spanish food are a short walk away, with other dining options nearby.
