The Space:

Set within a beautifully restored historic building in Beachwood Canyon, this comfortable first-floor studio combines classic character with an easy, practical layout. The space includes a queen-size bed, a spacious sitting area, a dedicated vanity/workspace, a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and generous storage, with a shared laundry room located within the building. Just moments from Franklin Village, the property offers convenient access to neighborhood cafés, restaurants, and shops, as well as the Hollywood Sign trails, Griffith Observatory, and the attractions of Hollywood, with public transportation and nearby street parking making it easy to explore the surrounding area. This unit has a floor area of approximately 500 sq ft.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in the heart of Beachwood Canyon, this studio places you in one of LA’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Just off Franklin Village, the area offers a mix of historic allure and modern vibrance. Walk to the famed Beachwood Cafe or explore unique boutiques and eclectic dining options nearby. Iconic landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Griffith Observatory are just minutes away, and hiking trails to the Hollywood Sign are practically at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

While the building does not include on-site parking, street parking is available nearby. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and rideshares are easily accessible. Public transit options also provide convenient access to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The central location ensures you’re never far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, or other major attractions. While the building doesn’t have security, the area is known for its safety, offering peace of mind during your stay.

PARKING:

Parking arrangements will need to be made independently in the surrounding area. Please note that building management does not provide, manage, or coordinate parking.



SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

*All guests are required to complete a rental application, which includes identity verification, a credit and background screening, and proof of income or financial qualification. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant applies. All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete the application process.

*Guests will also be required to sign a separate lease agreement directly with the host prior to move-in.

*Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

*On-site coin/app-operated laundry room available for resident convenience. Machines are independently maintained and operated on a per-use fee basis.

*A refundable security deposit of $1,250 is required for all stays and must be paid directly to the host after booking confirmation and prior to check-in. The deposit will be returned within 21 days after move-out, less any applicable deductions permitted under the lease agreement and California law. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in case of any reservation cancelation.

*Additional documentation and qualification requirements may apply in accordance with California law and the terms of the lease agreement.

*Pets may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved pets require a refundable $500 pet deposit and pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

*Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit and includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential supplies.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
