Close to town Electric blankets/ great heating Sheets and towels lovely

Beds were hard so sleep wasn’t great. Needed some wine glasses and a coffee machine and tea bags and fresh milk would have been a nice touch and maybe a board for cheese platter

Location was great. Spacious

Location really good for Blue mountains Nice, large house with reasonable facilities.

Bedding needs ironing! Cleaning needs attention to detail e g debris in fridge, hand marks over kitchen cupboards, dirty kettle exterior, kitchen floor needs a thorough clean Under beds needs cleaning. Need tea towels for drying up. Maintenance checks - room 2 bathroom toilet seat needs fixing, sink plug not working. Heater in living room needs replacing! Seems dangerous, and got headaches after using...query fumes?

The location was good, a 5 mins walk to the shops .

The place was shabby , very disappointing. We were supposed to find the lock box inside the gate entrance to the unit . The gate was up against the fence in need of repair . The garden was all overgrown , a mess . That was outside . Inside , some areas needed work . The lounge and chairs were covered with a type of throw . When I removed the throw ( main lounge ) there was about a 40-50cm stain underneath . All chairs upholstery needed a good clean. The beds were very hard , not comfortable at all . The lovely deck outside was filthy ( bird Pooh and leaves ) and the outdoor chair covering dirty with lots of mould on them. The main bathroom shower needed regrouting and the mirror all rusted at the bottom . Thank goodness the kitchen and main bedroom were fine . This unit was expensive $450 / night and for that money it needs a redo . I’ve stayed in lots of places and prepared to pay for quality but this one was such a disappointment.
