We have stayed in multiple units at Sandpiper Cove. This is the first time staying in one managed by Sandpiper cove and not a private owner. The location of the unit was nice. The unit was spacious and clean. The door lock quit working, the back door didn’t lock and the dishwasher did not work. We notified management of these issues multiple times with no follow up or communication from them. This left us with a place that we could not leave and lock. One evening security guard was kind enough and went out of his way to come up with a solution so we could leave our condo and have a bit of security. Very disappointed In how Managament handled the issues.
