Late check-out incurs a $50 fee for the first 30 minutes, and $100 for each additional hour unless pre-approved in writing.

Unauthorized late departures may result in booking penalties.

Violations will result in a $500 fine and possible booking cancellation without refund.

Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Occupancy Limits

Unauthorized visitors or extra guests are not allowed and may lead to immediate removal or cancellation.

Damage & Missing Items
Please report any damage or missing items promptly.

Unreported issues may result in charges through Airbnb’s Resolution Center.

Pets
No pets are allowed, unless explicitly approved in writing before arrival.

Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 cleaning fee and potential cancellation.

Use of Amenities
Use all appliances and amenities responsibly.

Please do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, smart home devices, or mounted electronics.

Return any moved furniture to its original position.

Security & Surveillance
Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety and monitoring purposes.

Lost & Found
We are not responsible for items left behind after check-out.

If you believe you’ve forgotten something, contact us promptly.

We will hold found items for 7 days, after which they may be discarded or donated.

Guests are responsible for covering any shipping costs for returned items.

Garage Door Opener Replacement
Loss or failure to return the garage door opener will incur a $500 replacement fee.

Please ensure it is returned to its original location before check-out.
