In a culturally diverse neighborhood 2 blocks North of Saint Anthony's Hospital. The neighbors are a mix of home owners, short term guests and long term tenants. This listing is on a property with two buildings which share the fenced in yard, the patio and the laundry room located in the back building. The back building has two one-bedroom apartments upstairs. It's just twenty minutes drive to the beaches. Getting around is easy from this location to access nightlife and restaurants.

it was warm and comfortable, the kitchen was beaten up and well used. I did not want to cook anything there.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet property. Enjoyed the back patio, and having 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Street parking is not ideal, but we were always able to find a spot.

It was our 2nd time to stay at this property. It's very convenient to go to pharmacy, grocery stores, gas station, etc. It's near the high way exit. Property is not brand new but was well maintained.

Great location with a short drive to downtown. Kitchen was well stocked, cold AC, hot water. Master bed mattress a little hard with cozy master bathroom. Enjoyed our stay!
