Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
The Viziinou Artist Apartment was created with the comfort of a private residence combined with a thoughtful approach to design and amenities under one roof. Within steps from green parks and the train, the residence is conveniently located within 20 min. from the historic city center. Meant to be a reprieve from the hustle of the city but close enough to all the diverse experiences the city of Athens has to offer, the residence was created with a fully immersive experience in mind.
The residence, Viziinou Artist Apartment, was recently renovated with a great sense of style and design, paying homage both to the well-known Greek architect that built the property, Dimitris Pikionis and Georgios Vizyinos, a highly influential writer and poet in Greek literature, in which the street is named after. We approached the design of the space to reflect the golden age of 1950’s Athens, with modern-day amenities and comfort.
Meant to inspire creativity while acting as a reprieve from the bustling city center, the residence is a comfortable and inviting 58 sqm with original architectural details, lots of light and offers all of the essential comforts needed for a short or long-term stay.
Featuring a living room with dining area, a spacious entrance for multi-purpose use and a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed along with a full bathroom. Each room of the apartment opens up to the small balcony overlooking a green and quiet oasis. Enjoy a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee in the morning and help yourself to a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. In the evening, sift through our collection of books and art while winding down in our Sofitel featherbed and mattress. The property additionally offers free 1 Gbps Plus wifi and in-unit w/d laundry for your convenience.
Located in the Kypriadou neighborhood of Athens, considered the first and one of the most historic garden cities of Athens. Once attracting only artists and intellectuals of the time, Kypriadou is now considered one of the best districts for living and walking. Located a few minutes walk from the Ano Patisia train station, you can be down in the historic city center within 20 min.
