This cozy special home is located in one of Atlanta's most sought after neighborhoods, Historic Grant Park! Charming Charleston Style home with a full balcony. It's within walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars and shops, The Atlanta Zoo.
Also 1 block to Atlanta's transit system (Marta). A very quick ride to Downtown to The Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, The Georgia Aquarium, The World of Coca-Cola, The College Football Hall of Fame and many more downtown attractions.
Walking distance to The King Center.
10 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport! Another quick Marta ride to and from the house!
While not exploring Atlanta and Historic Grant Park, sip and unwind, fire up the grill in the private garden courtyard.

This is a great little quiet area. The host made everything very easy for us, and the house was very clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

We were looking for a small place to stay for the evening after attending a Bruno Mars concert at Georgia Tech. I found this place online and was impressed with the listing. When I booked my reservation I was contacted by the host owner with instructions and was even given his phone number in case there were any issues. My family and I arrived to a very clean and well mainlined row home near Memeorial Blvd SE. The home was very family friendly. The neighborhood was a very nice up and coming neighborhood. There were several places within walking distance to eat. I would highly recommend anyone stay here. We will definitely come back and stay here during any future visits to Atlanta.
