Noise decibel monitoring is in place to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, without recording conversations. Luggage dropoff and cleaning during your stay are available, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Other things to note
Parking:

One parking spot is available at a nearby garage just half a block from the building, for an additional parking fee of $15 per night. A key card granting access to this garage is provided upon check-in. If your group requires more than one vehicle, the same garage offers additional parking at their standard rates. To reserve the included spot for your stay, please message us before or upon booking so we can confirm availability and add the fee to your reservation.


House rules:

This is a strict no-smoking, no-vaping, no-weed, no-party property. If these rules are broken, guests will be subject to fees of $500 or more.

If you need to smoke, you can safely do so outside of the building on the street.

Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available with a fee!
