My house is located along the railroad tracks, but the noise when a train passes by is only 45-50dB, even when measured near the window where the noise is strongest (see photo). Although it varies slightly from person to person, the train noise is not that bothersome.

Very clean house! Great communication and enjoyed how close we were walking distance to food markets, restaurants and the Nakai Station for the train metro. Definitely would stay here again!
