We would give an 11 out of 10 if possible. The room. The hotel. The staff. The food. Everything and everyone was top shelf. Oh the food. It was absolutely Devine.

Nothing to note. It was perfect.

I’ve never experienced such great customer service from the staff! The breakfast was amazing. They even offer to drive you around to nearby restaurants

I didn’t stay long enough

Unglaublich stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail

Man kann nicht sagen „nicht gefallen“, aber mehr als 2- max. 3 Nächte würde ich nicht machen. Der Reiz geht dann verloren.

We appreciated having a private onsen. The bed was very comfortable.

Location: very far away from everything in Hakone Car Service: Unlike other hotels, car service is available one way and we were supposed to figure out a way back on our own. Onsen: We were on the first floor, there was no light, there was water dripping everywhere from the ceiling over the onsen, the onsen was quite shallow. Restaurant: When we arrived they told us that we could not have dinner in the hotel without reservation even as hotel guests. They don’t provide room service either. Staff: 2 hours before our train in Odawara, there was no taxi willing to come to the hotel.. the staff could not provide a solution, advice or any help. They refused to help us by driving us with the hotel car(we were willing to pay), could not organise a taxi and left us at Gora to figure it out on our own. For the price we paid we were sorely disappointed 😕
