The room was alright for a solo traveler or a couple that did not need to spend much time at their accommodation during their trip. The room had a bed and a chair. The common spaces were well taken care of and spacious. The locks on the doors were very secure and I was happy with the level of safety I felt.
The neighborhood has a rough appearance. The code was late to our check in so we had to wait outside. We also would have liked to have more towels. The mismatched bedding and linens definitely had a homey feel, but I wish that had been a little more professional feeling.

It was clean and mostly well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. There was even tea and coffee in the kitchen. And across the street is a very nice little urban farm for a bit of a view.
The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder and the shower faucet was kind of loose.

Location to stadium and prompted management response.
Nothing.

We liked the ease of access, the free coffee bar and the great communication of the host. Queen room is great, big, comfortable.
No complaints :)
