We needed a two bedroom apartment and this was at a really good cost. Both of the rooms were spacious and the air conditioner worked well in both rooms. Check-in and out were very simple. The wifi worked well.
As with most places in Chisinau, there was no designated parking, but it was not too difficult to find on the street. The bathroom door has a small frosted glass panel, which we don't prefer.
