The hotel lady was very nice and helpful, also arranged for a pick up close to the airport. The driver was nice and also took me back to the airport 04.00 in the morning. The reception and dining area was clean and spacious. Room was nice and tidy with the standard equipments etc. Overall a very good stay even if very short. I arrived after dark and left early in the morning so did not see the environment around the hotel.

Отсутствие одноразовых принадлежностей для ванны

Очень красивый , небольшой и уютный частный отель. На рецепции приятная хозяйка Лилия. Холл искусно оформлен хозяйкой. Кругом светло и приятно радует глаз. Номер ну очень чистый. Белье и полотенца белоснежные без каких-либо пятен. В номере есть холодильник, фен, телевизор, кондиционер. В ванной все принадлежности для душа., халаты и тапочки. Завтрак брали. Все вкусно. Кофе машина есть. Чайник, разновидности пакетированных чаёв. На рецепции алкоголь есть . Разных видов . Словом нам с дочерью просто до души этот замечательный отель . Очень благодарны внимательной. и заботливой хозяйке Лилии и водителю Сергею, который нас отвёз в аэропорт , и по времени это заняло 20 мин . Рекомендую, не пожалеете!

Даже и затрудняюсь сказать. Нареканий вообще нет.

The hotel was comfortable, pleasant and generally good value for the price. It was suitable for a short stay before a flight and overall met our expectations.

The main inconvenience was discovering upon arrival that payment had to be made in cash only. I knew in advance that payment would be made at the property rather than through Booking.com, but I was not aware that cards were not accepted. This created an unpleasant situation, as my partner had just arrived after a long journey from Ukraine to Chișinău and then had to find an ATM and withdraw cash before being able to settle the payment. Another point worth knowing is the airport access. Although the hotel appears extremely close to Chișinău Airport when looking at the distance in kilometres, there is no practical direct route from the hotel area to the terminal. Therefore, the proximity is somewhat misleading and we still had to arrange a taxi to reach the airport.
