J’ai passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cet appartement. L’accueil a été simple et l’hôte, que j’ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer, a été très réactif et sympathique. L’appartement lui-même était de haut-standing, spacieux, moderne et baigné de lumière. La terrasse était un véritable atout, offrant un espace agréable pour savourer un café ou un thé tout en admirant la vue imprenable sur la ville et le lac. Situé dans un quartier calme et bien desservi par les taxis, cet appartement se démarque vraiment des autres. Un petit souci est survenu au début du séjour, mais l’hôte a réagi rapidement et efficacement pour le résoudre. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et remercie l’hôte pour son hospitalité.

J’ai adoré presque tout de cet endroit. Le seul bémol est peut-être son emplacement légèrement excentré. Cependant, le centre-ville est à seulement 15-20 minutes à pied, en traversant les souks animés et colorés de Bab Jdid, où on y trouve de tout, et on peut y déguster des plats locaux délicieux à des prix très raisonnables. Sinon, un petit taxi pour quelques pièces vous y emmène en un rien de temps.

The apartment is located 17-20 minutes by foot away from the center. The apartment is in excellent condition since it's new and it's in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking outside. This is a big, new 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with 2 king size beds and a sofa and has a very big balcony (almost as big as the apartment) with nice view overlooking the city and the sea far away. It has a sophisticated lighting system, 4 high quality LG air conditioners and all other kitchen amenities. Helpful owner and father.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so if you have a large suitcase ask for help. In the mornings communication was through the father of the owner so ask for his number beforehand. Shower amenities and sugar would have been nice to have although I'm sure if I asked the owner he would have brought me since he was very helpful.

Brand new apartment, fully equipped, quality finish, very spacious, good quality furniture, magnificent bathroom, beautiful kitchen, large terrace with panoramic views. TOP

Beautiful, modern Penthouse apartment with massive balcony. Two bedrooms with A/C and A/C in the living room. Decent flat screen TV with google tv and decent WIFI. Host was very friendly and flexible and offered us parking in the private underground garage, which was nice since I was traveling by motorcycle with a lot of luggage. Could have stayed here for weeks!👍
