Staff behavior is very good , all are very polite and responsive..
The location is very nice.
The only issue during our stay was that the TV was not working. When we informed the hotel staff, we were told there was a Wi-Fi issue. However, at a hotel chain like Country Inn & Suites, we expected the TV to be functional, and such technical issues should ideally be resolved quickly with backup connectivity options. Because the TV was not working, we had nothing to watch in the evening and felt quite bored in the room.
