The Space:
From the moment you step inside this light-filled condo in Summer House Villas, you'll be treated to wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the palms swaying in the breeze. Watch the waves roll in from the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, and the primary suite, and enjoy easy oceanfront access to the beach and a community swimming pool.
The beach and the pool are just a few steps away, allowing you to easily spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the sand. Venture across the street for breakfast or lunch at the golf course pro shop, then hit a few balls on the driving range or play a round of golf. The heart of downtown Isle of Palms - with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants - is four miles west, and the world-famous restaurants of historic downtown Charleston (17 miles west) are an easy day trip away.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No Sportscard (Wild Dunes' amenities are limited to golf, the pool, dining, and bike trails).
**Notice: Sand renourishment work will be ongoing on the beach nearby from Mid-July through Mid-September. Beach is open but will have some construction areas and obstructions.

great location and access to the beach. there have been upgrades to the condo and it is actually better in person than in the pictures. will be going back!

Condo was extremely clean, check in was easy, a little further from the beach than we thought but overall a wonderful stay!

The units disposal didn’t work we notified someone with the concerns because the odor from it was causing back up to the water in the sink.
